BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (“BW”) was founded by Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm and one of the largest and most active investors in Asia real estate, and Becamex IDC, the largest state-owned industrial and infrastructure developer in Vietnam. ESR Group, APAC’s largest real asset manager powered by the New Economy, became a strategic investor of BW in 2023.
BW is Vietnam’s leading logistics and industrial real estate platform, with approximately US$ 2.7 billion of gross assets under management. The company has more than 9,95 million square meters of industrial land in prime locations under control across over 50 projects in 12 key provinces in Vietnam, with approximately 3.75 million square meters of gross floor area (GFA) of completed or under-construction properties. As of Q4 2023, BW has secured equity commitments of US$ 1 billion from stakeholders and has formed strategic partnerships with leading global manufacturers, e-commerce, and logistics players to serve one of the fastest-growing markets in Asia.

Li Ting (Lance Li)
CEO
Lance oversees the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring that the business objectives are met, and the company remains aligned with our mission and vision. Before joining BW, Lance served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and International Business of ESR China – the largest Asia-Pacific focused logistics real estate platform by GFA. Lance continues to build upon the solid foundation he has helped create at BW to ensure that the company is well-poised to ride the next wave of industrialization in Vietnam.
Paul Wee

With over 25 years of experience working with global companies across various industries, Paul was Senior Vice President of Finance at Global Logistic Properties for ten years before joining BW. Paul’s breadth and depth of experience are an enduring asset to BW, ensuring the highest financial management standards.
Fion Ng
COO
Fion Ng has 18 years of in-depth experience in the industrial and logistics real estate sectors. She was previously Head of Investment and Development, Southeast Asia at ESR and Head of Investment at Mapletree Logistics, where she was responsible for expanding the logistics footprint in the APAC markets through acquisition and development projects.
Gene King
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
King boasts 19 years’ expertise in cross-border property M&A, PERE deal structuring, distressed asset acquisition, and structured finance, spanning diverse asset classes and global regions. As BW’s Chief Investment Officer, he directs equity strategies, oversees fundraising and portfolio transactions, and manages BWID’s private equity fund. Previously, he held key roles at Ally Logistic Property Vietnam and Cathay Private Equity.
KK Zhou
VICE PRESIDENT – PROJECTS & CONSTRUCTION
KK spearheads project development and the company’s fast-paced growth strategy. He brings more than 15 years of operational and industrial leadership and project management experience to the table. Before joining BW, KK worked at ESR China for 6 years, leading the development of 3 million+ sqm of high-standard warehouses across mainland China.
Vu Le
DEPUTY CEO
Vu, with over 15 years in industrial real estate, represents Becamex IDC, collaborating closely with government and industrial park authorities, securing support for diverse industries. Previously, he served as Deputy General Director of Becamex-Tokyu Joint Venture and Binh Duong Construction & Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company.
